Today was a fun day. Guangzhou today is toasty warm with lots of sunshine. A perfect day to visit the Chen Family Temple. This was a great stop when we were here with Paul in 2009. Lots of interesting art work, architecture, and history. Kai had fun watching an artist create some chops for people. He thought that was much more interesting than beds and chairs from several hundred years ago. To be honest, I enjoyed watching the process alot also. After a stop at the pearl market we headed over to the island. We had a great lunch at Jordon's, great sesame chicken and dumplings. We headed back to the hotel where Kai crashed into bed for a nap with a bit of a headache. Hopefully the rest will help him to feel better. This evening might be a simple dinner around the hotel. Tomorrow we are planning to venture out to the safari zoo with several other families from our group. It has been great to be around other families. Kai also seems to be enjoying a couple of the babies. He is very gentle with them and has a knack for making them smile.
