We made it safely to Guangzhou and are settled into our hotel. The beds are indeed soft, as promised, and KaiYu is snoring away. He thoroughly enjoyed his first plane ride and was giddy with the excitement of it all. Little does he know how long the plane ride home will be:)
Tomorrow is the Medical Exam on Shamian Island at 10am. He will have to have a TB test which I think involves being poked, but we have a waiver for the rest of the immunizations, so that should be all.
So glad to be in Guangzhou and with other families - there were two other families on the plane with us, the family we had Thanksgiving with and another. I think the days will go by faster here.
I'm off to sleep in my SOFT bed!

Yeah to the soft bed and to being in GZ! Hope you all get a lovely sleep tonight and the medical goes very smoothly. If you go to the market, be sure to get some pics. :)
